Competition Terms and Conditions

Prize Details

1.1 The winner will receive a voucher from Pt. Leo Estate, redeemable for the “Lon to Laura Experience for Two” accommodation and dining experience within Australia.

1.2 The winner will also have the use of a Polestar electric vehicle for the duration of the experience.

Vehicle Use

2.1 The Polestar vehicle must be collected from and returned to Polestar Port Melbourne (VIC).

2.2 The vehicle will be available for the winner’s use for a maximum of three days, specifically to facilitate travel to and from the luxury accommodation.

2.3 The winner must hold a valid, full Australian driver’s license to use the Polestar as part of the prize.

2.4 Comprehensive insurance for the Polestar 3 will be provided. However, the winner is responsible for abiding by the conditions set out in the Polestar Vehicle Loan Agreement:

• The above drivers are the only authorised persons to drive the vehicle, any other person must obtain written authorisation from Polestar Australia.
• The borrower must operate the vehicle within Australian road regulations and will be responsible for any traffic infringements incurred during the period of loan.
• The borrower must keep the vehicle clean and secure at all times, keep it locked when unattended.
• The borrower must not operate the vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• The borrowed vehicle must not to be used for racing or pace making without prior authority.
• The vehicle must be returned to Polestar Australia when requested by Polestar Australia.
• The borrower is responsible for tolls.
• Smoking is not permitted within the vehicle.
• The borrower must hold a valid drivers licence and be over the age of 21.
• If damage is sustained to the vehicle a Fleet Vehicle Damage Report form must be completed. If in the event the borrower is at fault, (at the discretion of Polestar management after review of Fleet Vehicle Damage, Police and Insurance reports), vehicle excess of $1,000.00 will be payable.
• Polestar Automotive Australia accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to borrowers or any third party's property in the vehicle howsoever caused. The vehicle must at all times be driven responsibly and in accordance with State and Territory road laws.

2.5 The winner is required to comply with all road rules and vehicle terms of use during the period of possession.

2.6 The Polestar vehicle will be provided with a full charge. The winner is responsible for any additional charging during the use period.

2.7 Charging facilities or costs at the accommodation or during travel are the winner’s responsibility.

Redemption and Timing

3.1 The prize, including both the Pt. Leo Estate voucher and the use of the Polestar vehicle, must be redeemed by 6 February 2026.  

3.2 After 6 February 2026, the value of the voucher is valid for a further 2 years and can be redeemed for any Pt. Leo Estate experience or product up to the value of the voucher. Specific terms and conditions apply. Please visit ptleoestate.com.au/giftvoucherpolicy for more information.

3.3 A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. Bookings are required in advance to secure your preferred date.

3.4 The winner must confirm vehicle collection and return dates with Polestar at least 4 weeks in advance.

Eligibility and Entry

4.1 This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

4.2 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the promoter or associated entities are ineligible to enter.

4.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.

4.4 The winner must provide proof of a valid, full Australian driver’s license before collecting the Polestar vehicle.

Publicity and Privacy

5.1 By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and entry details in promotional material without compensation.

5.2 Personal information collected as part of the competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will comply with the promoter’s privacy policy.

Miscellaneous

6.1 The promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic restrictions).

6.2 The promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.3 The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or is deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or inappropriate.
